Through these service centers, the company says, it aims to ensure reliable access to original components while reducing downtime and operating costs in a market primed for growth, driven by infrastructure development and agricultural mechanization.
Earlier, the provider of Tier I solutions for axles, transmission systems, gears and other related components announced the opening of its first authorized service center in Faridabad, through PHE Industries Pvt Ltd.
The inauguration is part of Carraro India’s long-term growth roadmap to establish four authorized service centers across the country across the North, South, East and West regions by 2026, the report said.
Strategically located, the Faridabad service center will serve customers across North India and provide comprehensive service support and access to genuine Carraro spare parts, the company said.
The planned rollout of four service centers, along with a strengthened nationwide network of authorized spare parts distributors and dealers, is designed to meet growing demand in the agriculture, construction and material handling sectors. Our expansion reflects Carraro’s commitment to powering India’s off-highway sector. These four regional hubs and an extensive dealer network will drive significant growth in the spare parts trade. This initiative directly supports Atmanirbhar Bharat by ensuring that Indian OEMs and end-users in agriculture, construction, and material handling get faster access to OEM quality genuine parts, expert repairs and minimal downtime,ā said Balaji Gopalan, Managing Director of Carraro India Limited.
āWith four new centers in North, South, East and West India by 2026, plus an extensive ecosystem of authorized distributors and dealers, we are building a future-proof infrastructure that ensures Indian customers, from tractor manufacturers to construction giants, get genuine OEM parts, fast repairs and uncompromised uptime,ā said Andrea Conchetto, CEO of Carraro Group.
