Carmine Gallo, 66 years old, the former super policeman under house arrest in the investigation into an alleged network of spies connected to the Equalize company, suddenly died on Sunday morning in his house in Garbagnate (Milan). Death would be due to natural causes, probably a heart attack. According to the first findings, he was at home with his wife.

Gallo, originally from Gragnano (Naples), had become under house arrest last October as part of the PM research into the DDA of Milan, Francesco de Tommasi, who ordered the autopsy, and the colleague of DNA Antonio Ardituro, at accusation of the Association for Criminal. According to the hypothesis, it was the head of the Cyber Spies network that, thanks to the technical skills of Nunzio Samual Calamucci, would have carried out an illegal file activity for the customers of the Equalize Company, owned by Enrico Pazzali, former President of Fiera Milano Foundation.
