Will Carlos Alcaraz be ATP Year-End No. for the third time next season? 1 claim, presented by PIF honours?
The world number 1 is fresh off a season in which he won eighth titles of his career and recorded 71 match victories according to the Infosys ATP Win/Loss Index.
The Spaniard has been working hard ahead of the 2026 ATP Tour season. Getty Images’ Clive Brunskill photographed the 22-year-old’s training day in Murcia on December 24 to give fans a glimpse into Alcaraz’s efforts on and off the court.

Nearly two weeks ago, news broke that Alcaraz had parted ways with longtime coach Juan Carlos Ferrero. The 22-year-old trained under the watchful eye of Samuel Lopez, who formally joined his team ahead of last season.

Alcaraz is coming off a win at the Australian Open after completing the Career Grand Slam. The six-time major champion has won twice at each of the other three Slam tournaments: Roland Garros, Wimbledon and the US Open. He is also an eight-time ATP Masters 1000 titlist.

Alcaraz will next participate in the Australian Open in Melbourne. Earlier this year he reached the quarter-finals of the event before losing to 24-time national champion Novak Djokovic.
