Set your carbohydrate manager by working.
Select the following:
1 Show the progress on the wheel.
2 Follow my macros
3 Select net carbohydrates and not Total carbohydrates
4 Select Energy units in calories
5 You can connect it to your Fitbit if you have one.
Still getting started in my profile:
1 Enter your demography:
2 For example: woman, date of birth, height and weight. You can update your current weight here.
3 Enter how active you are
Under goal:
Make sure you select “I would like to help calculate my goals” not “I already know my goals ”. It is not recommended to choose more than 1.5 pounds a week.
Then choose Custom.
Place your finger on the dotted line and drag it to select:
Fat 70% for fat
Protein 20%
Carbohydrates 10%
Click Apply
Enter your meal now.
Go to Daily Log.
Example for breakfast, go to common food, type egg.
You can also add purchased brand products, with the search function in foods.
If there is a food that you eat regularly, you can click on the three points at the very top and then you can add to your favorites.
Go to quickly find access to your favorites. There you can also add food in the recently viewed and frequent lists.
Recipes:
Go to a title to make a recipe, go to recipe.
1 Then determine how many portion sizes
2 Add your ingredients.
3 Then save.
It shows you the net breakdown for one portion of the recipe.
When you have completed the meal, go in depth to see the actual breakdown.
You can copy the same food to other days. Simply click on the breakfast tab and then click Copy the three points and then add it to a new day.

Carb Manager clearly shows how many carbohydrates you have consumed on a certain day compared to other macros that you have consumed.
See that the wheel is partly marked on the fat.
I met the daily protein goal and went on the mainskool hydrates.
