(WSVN) – Termites eat a mansion in South Florida. The homeowner says he should follow the place to eradicate the vermin, but he can’t. That is why there was a phone call to help me Howard with Patrick Fraser.
Phyllis and Stanley are married. They were divorced after 30 years. And today they know which era is better.
Phyllis Jacobs: “Divorced. We are much better friends.”
Friends who still cuddle and help each other, that’s why Phyllis was in the mansion of Stanley.
Phyllis Jacobs: “Everyone has termites.”
Termite wings and droppings are at home everywhere. Normally you would tent them to kill them, but Stanley can’t do it since he lives in a mansion.
Phyllis Jacobs: “Four of us have agreed to be grown, but our neighbor is not agreed to be grown.”
The five houses are connected. You can not only release one and spot treatments have not worked either.

Phyllis Jacobs: “All houses are being destroyed. I don’t understand why this lady does not want to test. Her house is being destroyed.”
Stanley owns the house, but it feels like he has no control over it.
Phyllis Jacobs: “And everyone needs to know that when you live in connected houses like this, your neighbors determine what you can do.”
Or do they do, Howard?
Howard Finkelstein: “If there is no law in the books to force a endurance of the tent, the law allows you to request a provisional exemption. In other words, Sue in County Court to force the owner to allow the tenting and pay their share in the extermination law. the tents have done. “
In our interview, Phyllis said she would pay for the neighbor’s extermination account to help Stanley. I contacted the woman who doesn’t want a tent.
She said she had no termites and that Stanley and other neighbors were bothering her about it. Then she told me if Phyllis would pay for her part of the tenting, she would allow it. Then she and Stanley started fighting for a code violation on their shared wall, and the deal fell apart.
Which means that Stanley may have to go to court.
Stanley Jacobs: “If the only process is to sue her to get this tenting done, then I will do what I have to do to do that.”
Stanley expects to win in court, but never thought he would be held hostage if termites chew through his house.
Stanley Jacobs: “It has been a nightmare. I had to deal with this for almost two years, Patrick.”
We will follow Stanley in court, unless the holdout agrees to allow the tenting when it realizes that it will probably be confronted with large legal costs when the neighbors win in court.
And Stanley wants the province or state to change the law, so that other people do not go through what he is going through, what the government may do. We’ll see.
