Construction has begun on a boutique collection of four new luxury villas in Palm Beach.
This development offers an opportunity to secure a new prestigious residence in one of the Gold Coast’s tightest enclaves.
Sabbia at 26 Tallebudgera Drive, designed by award-winning Jayson Pate Designs, is expected to be completed in August 2026 and will deliver four limited-edition three-storey homes, each with a private swimming pool, integrated lift and high-quality interiors by renowned design studio Maison Metisse.
Sabbia has already attracted strong interest from buyers, with one villa already sold to a local Gold Coast couple.
The Sabbia project, located at 26 Tallebudgera Drive, Palm Beach, will deliver four three-storey villas.
Highland Group sales manager Jaymie Kelly said demand for the Sabbia homes was supported by both the idealistic location and the high level of quality of finishes.
“As construction gets underway, we have received continued inquiries since registrations opened, with a lot of interest from buyers who realize how rare it is to secure a new villa in Palm Beach,” she said.
“What stands out is not just the location, but the attention to detail inside: kitchens with stone island benches, Smeg appliances and walk-in wardrobes, additional amenities such as the utility room and powder room, together with secure double parking.
Each property comes with a private swimming pool, integrated lift and high-quality interiors from renowned design studio Maison Metisse.
“These are homes that are designed as much for everyday livability as for luxury.”
Located between Burleigh Heads and Currumbin, Sabbia places residents within walking distance of Tallebudgera Creek and the newly renovated $10 million Tallebudgera Surf Club.
Ms Kelly said the location combined natural amenities with easy access to cafes, restaurants and lifestyle centres.
Sabbia’s homes have a striking interior feature of 4.5 meter ceilings in the main living areas.
There are also wooden floors and balconies designed to create a seamless indoor-outdoor flow.
Sabbia should be ready in August next year.
Each villa features a private plunge pool, landscaped garden, ducted air conditioning and outdoor showers, while the master bedroom suites are designed as retreats with walk-in wardrobes and designer suites.
Three villas in the Sabbia development remain available for purchase, offered between $2.2 million and $2.4 million.
“Sabbia represents a limited opportunity to secure a new prestige villa in Palm Beach, combining architectural sophistication with timeless coastal appeal,” said Ms Kelly.
