VOX Media announced a new podcast on Monday with the acclaimed journalist and co-founder of Business Insider Henry Blodget.
The weekly show, called “Solutions with Henry Blodget’Will tackle some of the most urgent challenges of modern life – from AI risk and climate change to burn -out and loneliness epidemic – with the emphasis on practical, feasible solutions.
It will be launched on August 18.
“We are in a time when every day has the feeling that we are confronted with a flood of insurmountable challenges. What is often lost in the conversation is exactly how many smart, entrepreneurial people there work to resolve them all,” Blodget said in a statement. “With solutions I hope to bring the audience a show that concentrates some of these experts and offers a thoughtful and pragmatic way ahead. And it was a sensation that works together with the great podcast team of VOX Media to get this off the ground.”
Blodget is the founder and editor of regenerator, a publication aimed at building a better future, and the co-founder and former CEO and editor-in-chief of Business Insider, who grew under his leadership into one of the most influential news organizations in the world and was taken over by Axel Springer.
He is also a former top analyst in Wall Street, frequent media commentator and the author of “The Wall Street Self-Defense Manual: A Consumer’s Guide to Intelligent Investing.” He will soon publish his first novel.
