Since I first started concentrating on protein, I have generally noticed more energy and a healthier body. And although I have no problem eating a bit of just a mince with a meal, it can sometimes get boring. These hamburger bombs are a great way to get all the flavors of a classic hamburger, without the hamburger rolls.
It is a low -carbohydrate, gluten -free protein -rich meal that is a hit with my whole family. We like it for a quick and easy lunch or a fast weekday dinner. I think it’s great that every family member can adjust the toppings to what they like. So even the child who does not eat tomatoes still love this burger bowl!
You can also make the meat and sauce in advance and heat the meat if necessary. This is an even easier way to include it in your meal plans. Here is how to make a cheeseburger in a bowl with lots of fresh vegetables and tasteful sauce!
Burger Bowl recipe (simple and healthy)
This delicious cheeseburger in a bowl is crispy, spicy and tasteful.
For the salad:
- Ice Mountain or Romaine SLA (minced meat)
- tomato (cut)
- peck (cut)
- red onion (cut)
- fragmented cheddar cheese (Optional or your favorite cheese)
In a frying pan over medium heat, add the ground beef and all herbs: onion powder, oregano, garlic powder, bell pepper, salt and black pepper. Cook, break it up with a spatula (or my favorite kitchen tools), until it is brown and completely cooked (about 7-10 minutes). Set aside.
In a small bowl, beat the Mayo, ketchup, mustard, augurkens juice, dill -urish, garlic powder, onion powder, bell pepper and vinegar. Start with ½ teaspoon of vinegar, taste and adjust if you want a little more tongs.
Low in separate bowls a generous lettuce and then cover with tomatoes, pickles, red onion and cheese when you use. Add a ball of boiled ground beef.
Spoon the special hamburg sauce generously exaggerated.

Adjust the ingredients
You can really add all your favorite hamburger -toppings to this recipe. Boil a little chopped onion in olive oil for baked onions. Crumble crispy bacon, add some chives, avocado or use cherry tomatoes. You can even replace the beef with ground turkey if desired. Try to cook the meat with a little worcestershire sauce for even more taste!
Although this dish is easily a full meal in itself, you can add a few sides to it. It is great with fries, sweet fries or parsnip fries from the air fryse. You can even cover it with a fried egg and make it a breakfast!
