The Phoenix Suns are a team that rebuilt in the coming seasons around Devin Booker, even if the word is reused by the Front Office to describe their current situation. But with three rookies, two second -year players and a few veterans in Grayson Allen and Royce O’Neale possibly interesting for other teams, this is a group that doesn’t go fast anywhere.
Dillon Brooks becomes an excellent addition to win some games – but with Jalen Green now the second best player in the valley – there is only so far this schedule under the first time head coach Jordan Ott. That is why the suns have to look at every way to find secret ways to improve around the fringes in the coming seasons.
Milwaukee Bucks made a mistake with a contract that was used to sign Amir Coffey.
Such a player who could have been help this summer was Amir Coffey – formerly Van de la Clippers – but in the end he signed with the Milwaukee Bucks. That should be where the story ends, but there is actually more than that. From the player’s perspective, he is only 28 years old and has appeared in 20 postseason matches for the clippers.
Last season he shot more than 40 percent of deep, and would be the kind of 3-point threat to the bank that the suns would like, especially if they ultimately exchange one of all or O’Neale. There should be no way to get Coffey – the bucks have not done a good job by surrounding their own superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo with talent – but in fact there is.
That’s because the Bucks Coffey signed for an exhibition 9 contract. What that actually means Is covered hereBut actually Milwaukee has Coffey for a training camp. If they decide not to continue after the training camp after the training camp, Coffey will come back to the open market again and the fact that he has taken that exhibition 9 in the first place that he did not have many offers.
Amir Coffey shot 47.6% in short middle class jumpers and 48.5% on Long Ones last season. His ability to make shots with confidence such as this of the dribble and end up at the edge, makes him a more dynamic attacking threat than Taurean Prince of Andre Jackson Jr. pic.twitter.com/zcvgpyadbn

There are even fewer places in the competition than when he signed up to play in front of the bucks, while the Suns also have no open grid spots. But just like taking a two-way chance of this guy, Coffey could be obtained for a knockdown price. He deserves another chance in the competition and Phoenix is a place where he could present his talents, in contrast to Milwaukee that they are not trying to win.
It is clear that he will play for the minimum – that is what he will sign if the bucks eventually keep him in the area – but there are no guarantees that will happen. Which means that the Suns must be willing to dive into and possibly add a veteran who would increase the ceiling of a team that will have no control over the loter choice next year. An interesting fit.
