There was a stir among fans when news emerged that Manchester United Talisman Bruno Fernandes was the subject of an approach to Saudi Pro League side Al-Hilal.
To their great relief, the club managed to hold the Portuguese superstar. However, that did not stop that potential vooragers sniff around.
Al-Nassr was the next Saudi club that was connected to a movement, and even they were rejected by the 30-year-old.
Now, as per SunAl-Entihad is the newest club that tries to sign the captain of the United, with a meeting that recently also takes place between the club and the player.

The report states that Midfield Maestro has asked for £ 33 million a year in wages of the SPL side, but no mention is made of a fee.
However, the first contacts between the two parties are described as positive. He is the second United Superstar on the agenda of the Mega-Rich Club after Casemiro.

What this means for the future of the Portugal International is still not clear. In a recent interview, Bruno Fernandes made it clear that he wanted to stay and be successful as part of the new era of Ruben Amorim.
The current deal of Fernandes is valid until 2027, and with the addition of Matheus Cunha, and Bryan Mbeumo, the club has considerably strengthened the top.
Ineos are absolutely planning for the era after Fernandes, but hopefully he will stay a few more years, and at that time he can add to the club’s trophy cabinet.
