An affordable housing lottery has made its debut for a new nine-story development at the corner of Bond and Carroll streets, just steps from the Carroll Street Bridge. The complex, called Maison Bond, is another large residential building resulting from the Gowanus rezoning and includes a gym, a rooftop deck with a grilling station and a sky bridge.
