Brooklyn listings six months later: two sold

This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focused on homes in Brooklyn Heights, Flatbush, Prospect Park South and East Flatbush. How did they fare?

First off, this renovated Brooklyn Heights townhome has central air and a landscaped backyard. This former Open House Pick is still available for $13.95 million.

Part of a small Flatbush enclave, this neo-Federal home shares the charming Slee & Bryson-designed exterior details of its neighbors and also features some original interior details. This former Home of the Day sold in October for $1.58 million, which was $170,000 below the asking price.

A standalone Prospect Park South Colonial Revival is being sold as is, including all contents, and to a cash-only buyer. This former House of the Day signed a contract in November.

Finally, this brick townhome in East Flatbush has a detached garage. This former Open House Pick sold in August for $710,000, which was $11,000 above asking price.
