Brooklyn listings six months later: three sold

This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focused on homes in Boerum Hill, Bed Stuy, Crown Heights and Midwood. How did they fare?

First off, there are still some historic details to be seen in this renovated brick row house in Boerum Hill. This former Open House Pick sold in December for $5.7 million, which was $800,000 below the asking price.

In Bed Stuy, this Queen Anne townhome is a three-family home with two rental units above a duplex. This former Open House Pick was taken off the market in November.

In Crown Heights has a bedroom with gleaming wooden floors, storage space and an eat-in kitchen. This former Co-op of the Day sold in October for the asking price of $625,000.

Finally, this one-bedroom in Midwood could use some TLC, but it has some period features, like arched doorways and a sunken living room, and is on the market for under $300,000. This former co-op of the day sold in December for $240,000, which was $35,000 below the asking price.
