Place advice data and insights on the ground agent show a trend that buy the Real Estate Market of Southeast Queensland Reformt-Stadslickers that up in the hinterland and coastal cities to a two-hour drive from Brisbane.

In lifestyle strikes such as the picturesque Rand and the Somerset region, agents say to half of the buyers who inspected area and lifestyle homes, were the locals of Brisbane who pursued an escape from a weekend.

Peter Douglas from Ray White Rural said there was a steady stream of buyers who was looking for a weekend in the picturesque edge.
“We still see a good strong selling to right through the picturesque edge on the area,” he said.
āIt is about the proximity – within that hour you will be a radius of Brisbane and hour beam to the Gold Coast.
“With that in mind, that market is still quite strong.”
