The Brighton rumor mill is in overdrive after a real estate deal with more than $ 30 million with a philanthropic poker player, wanted to storm and almost 60 meters from the waterfront of the suburb.
A vast, more than 3800 m² address in the Voorstad Elite Bayside has sold two years of sales efforts after a marathon.
And with the buyer who already owns another in similar size on the water, two doors down, the local population and insiders from the industry wonder if there is a chance to collect a combined 1.14ha along the waterfront of the high-end suburb.

Brighton insiders, however, believe that the deal would have been less than $ 40 million and may be closer to $ 30 million – although they are still probably setting a record.

If they are able to add the third home, it would be 1.13 ha at the top, making it one of the largest residential holdings in Brighton – and probably the largest with water façade.
It is not known whether that is the intention of the Colman family.
