The brewers sent Infielder Oliver Dunn According to Triple-a Nashville, according to Mlb.com’s Adam McCalvy. Dunn managed to have exemptions after allocation when Jackson Chouio Return from the injured list this weekend. This is his first outright and he does not have a three -year main class service, so he has to accept the assignment.

Dunn has been at Nashville since mid -April. He got a short look at an uncertain third base mix in the first few weeks of the season. He hit .167 with a .205 on-base percentage over 14 games before he was activated. Caleb Durbin Came up and grabbed the third base like a rookie. The 27-year-old Dunn (28 tomorrow) had a medium season in Triple-A. He hits .201/.304/.326 with seven homers through 407 plate performances.

This is Dunn’s first extensive triple-a-stint. He only saw short action there in 2023 and ’24. The former 11th round pick had large numbers at the double A level, while two seasons ago he was a member of the Philly organization. Milwaukee acquired him in the campaign of ’24, but he missed most of that season with a back injury. Dunn stays at hand in September as an infield depth. He will be eligible for Minor League Free Bureau at the start of the winter if he is not added to the 40-man schedule.
