Ingredients

The ingredients to make breakfast tortilla wraps.Pin
  • A Low-carb tortilla
  • 1 egg, scrambled eggs
  • 2 slices of deli ham, Canadian bacon, cooked bacon or turkey bacon
  • One slice of Cheddar cheese
  • ¼ Avocado, pureed

Instructions

Scramble an egg and mash the avocado.

Beat an egg and set it aside. Mash ¼ avocado in a small bowl and set aside.

Cut a line halfway down a tortilla.

Using scissors, cut a line halfway up the tortilla to the center point.

Place the scrambled eggs on a quarter of the tortilla.

Add ham or bacon to another quarter portion of the tortilla.

Place the cheese on a quarter of the tortilla.

Spread the mashed avocado over the remaining part of the tortilla.

Folding the tortilla.

Fold the first quarter of the tortilla along the cut line.

Fold the parts of the tortilla.

Then place it on the section above.

Continue folding each section with the toppings over the next section.

Fold the last part of the tortilla closed.

Fold again until a triangular shape is formed and all sections are covered.

Baking the breakfast tortilla wraps.

Oil or grease a frying pan and heat it on the stovetop over medium heat.

Once the pan is hot, add the tortilla wrap. and fry it on both sides for 1-2 minutes, until it browns and the cheese melts.

Replacements

  • Ham – instead of ham you can also use bacon or turkey bacon.
