Braves seem to serve a KC master work – and here is how you can look

August, and everything afterwards, is only a few days away and for the first time since 2017, Atlanta Braves fans have to talk about next season because it is cooked.

The Braves will continue with their road trip with a three-game match-up against the Kansas City Royals. For the third consecutive series, Atlanta will be confronted with a team that is third in their respective division this time, the American League Central. The royals are just below the .500 mark but still alive for the last already wild card spot.

The Royals took Randal Grichuk from Arizona last week to help with their outfield situation after action for Adam Frazier to add Infield and Outfield-depth from Pittsburgh. Their Infield contains two of the best young position players in the AL, Shortstop Bobby Witt, Jr. and colleague All-Star, Third Baseman/Utility Man, Maikel Garcia; But their outfield has been one of the least productive in the game. The start rotation and bullpen of the team have both been fantastic with four above -average starters and an anonymous, but effective, set of relievers.

The besieged Braves are anything but bombastic since the All-Star Break that drops all competitions and come from a sweep through the hands of the hands of the Texas Rangers. With their entire opening day start rotation on the IL, the team that looked like one World Series Favorite is now a bad week away from sports of the second worst record in the National League.

The Handelsdeadline is almost here, so this can be in an Atlanta uniform for a few Braves in the last days. On a positive note, outfielder Michael Harris II may seem like, finally, to turn the corner with his attacking performance.

Diehards and Sickos will look at the Braves, even if their season is just as charred as the burned goals that the team will probably enjoy while dining in Kansas City.

What about the casuals? Well, university football and the NFL are just around the corner.

Here are the starting times for each of this week against the Royals.
