The board of Chalet Hotels has approved the development of a 330-room luxury hotel with 32,000 sq ft of commercial/retail space in Madhapur, Hyderabad, at a total investment of ₹632.80 crore (including deposit), funded through internal accruals and debt, with operations planned for FY 2029. This is in line with Chalet’s expansion strategy in key markets. The proposed Hotel is being developed as part of a construction building, which will be available on the basis of a warmshell rental contract. Once operational, this will be the company’s third hotel in Hyderabad.

Covidh Technologies Ltd has signed a non-binding letter of intent with iSERA Biological Ltd, setting out the terms and conditions for the company’s proposed acquisition of a 100% equity interest in iSERA. The proposed acquisition is subject to the execution of definitive agreements, completion of satisfactory due diligence, receipt of necessary regulatory, statutory and shareholder approvals, and satisfaction of agreed conditions precedent. Upon completion of the proposed transaction, iSERA Biological Limited will become a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
Silver Touch Technologies Ltd, a leading provider of end-to-end IT solutions with deep expertise in e-Governance, secure digital platforms and large-scale public sector programs, has been selected by the FSSAI for a strategic digital transformation. The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) is the principal food regulatory authority under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare of the Government of India, and is responsible for protecting and promoting public health through the regulation and supervision of food safety. Under the current mandate, Silver Touch will be a Managed Service Provider (MSP) for application development, enhancement, operation and maintenance of FSSAI portals and applications.

Signpost India has acquired exclusive outdoor advertising rights on key streets of Kolkata under the Kolkata Municipal Corporation’s PPP project “Kolkata Streetscape Renaissance”. Signpost commits ₹16.38 crore annual fixed revenue to the authority (5 percent escalation every three years), with a total of over ₹250 crore (incl. state tax) over 10 years (extendable by 2 years), with gross advertising revenue ₹450 crore.
NBCC (India) Ltd has been awarded a contract worth approximately ₹76.27 crore (excluding GST) from Dharanidhar University in Keonjhar, Odisha. The project includes construction of an academic building, a hostel building, other infrastructure facilities and external development works. It is classified as a Project Management Consultancy (PMC) and involves a domestic client with no disclosed completion timeline.
Waaree Energies has secured a one-off domestic order for the supply of 500 MW of solar panels to a renowned solar energy developer and Independent Power Producer (IPP). Delivery is planned for the 2026-27 financial year.
Yash Innoventures Ltd is promoting a real estate development project estimated at around ₹120 crore. The company has acquired 24 residential apartments through registered sale deeds as part of land consolidation for the project. On February 21, 2026, the non-agricultural (NA) was granted approval by the competent authority for the land.
Maharashtra Krishna Valley Development Corporation, Pune, has declared a Mumbai-based infrastructure company, Patel Engineering Ltd, along with its JV partners, as the lowest bidder (L1) for a contract worth Rs133.25 crore for the works related to construction of main works, pump houses, switchyards, risers, delivery chambers and installation of pumping machinery, along with related civil, mechanical and electrical works. It also includes development of closed pipeline distribution system under Tasgaon Lift Irrigation Scheme and Guruvarya Late Laxmanraoji Inamdar Lift Irrigation Scheme. The project must be completed within 48 months.
Prostarm Info Systems has received a letter of acceptance from South Eastern Railway for supply, installation and construction of a solar power plant at SRC Jurisdiction (Phase 2) for 12 months from the date of issuance of LOA of ₹13.43 crore.
Lineage Power Private Ltd, a material subsidiary of Pace Digitek Ltd, has received a purchase order worth ₹158.71 crore (including GST) from Reliance Industries Limited for supply of Li-ion 48V 15S1P 314 AH battery packs.
