Summary
Provide support to all members of the Baseball Activities department in a wide range of both administrative and baseball -related tasks and projects.

Primary tasks and responsibilities

| Research and analysis – 40% | Conduct qualitative and quantitative research and analysis to support salary arbitration, schedule management, player evaluation (professional, domestic and international), player development (online and off-field), first-year player design and trade deadline efforts. |
| Player -Evaluation – 15% | Introductory level evaluation of players, including scouting and writing reports on assignment. |
| Administrative – 40% | Helping to prepare reconnaissance documents and video for players and coaches during the season. |
| Other – 5% | Other tasks such as assigned. |

Physical requirements
- Power to Stand and walk for a longer period of time During the day.
- Power to Til, wear, push and pull up to 40 pounds (supplies, catering, etc.).
- Power to Bend, squat, reach and climb stairs Regularly in the course of daily tasks. • Work comfortably in different conditions (Heat, humidity, cold, outdoor, limited spaces such as office/cabins and changing rooms).
- Power to Treat repetitive tasks Such as updating schedule plates, watching video and games, training sessions, etc.
- Sufficiently hand-eye coordination and manual agility For tasks such as computer work, notes, etc.
- Power to Stay on feet for long shifts and to work long and variable hoursIncluding weekends and public holidays.

Summary
Help the decision -making of baseball operations through the analysis of various sources of baseball information. The specific daily responsibilities of this function will vary, depending on the current needs of our stakeholders together with the baseball calendar, but will revolve around analyzing different sources of baseball data.
