The companies will combine BGSW’s applied AI platforms, domain expertise and implementation capabilities with Sarvam’s text, speech and image models. They plan to jointly develop AI products and services and pursue joint go-to-market initiatives.
Dattatri Salagame, MD, president and CEO of BGSW, said: “As AI moves from experimentation to real-world deployment, the opportunity lies in building solutions that are reliable, scalable and trusted.”
He added that the partnership combines BGSW’s enterprise engineering and applied AI capabilities with Sarvam’s sovereign AI models and expertise in Indian languages and multilingual systems.
The partnership will focus on AI implementations in enterprises. BGSW will bring its AIShield security platform, EVOCO multi-domain digital companion platform and QwAI capabilities that use quantum intelligence for the optimization of AI models.
Sarvam will contribute his models built for Indian languages. The companies will start developing intelligent cockpit applications for passenger vehicles.
Expansion of the market
The collaboration also includes joint market expansion. The companies will pursue cross-selling across automotive and business ecosystems. They will co-create proof-of-concept projects for new use cases.
The partnership aims to build expertise in the deployment of large-scale AI systems. It will focus on sectors such as automotive, medical devices and wearables.
Dr. Pratyush Kumar, co-founder of Sarvam, said, “With BGSW, we are focused on building AI that works in production and builds trust over time.”
He added that the partnership aims to translate technical capabilities into deployed systems that are ready for use.
BGSW said the involvement strengthens its role in integrating AI into products and operations across markets.
