US Army Specialist Sarah Beckstrom, 20, died after being shot last Wednesday, and US Air Force Staff Sergeant Andrew Wolfe, 24, was left in critical condition. The alleged gunman was a 29-year-old Afghan brought in under Biden’s ‘Operation Allies Welcome’ program.
“Your message now to the military of this country. The law enforcement officers you work with, and their families, as they continue to try to do their jobs to keep the country safe, but at such great risk?” DeAngelis asked.
“First of all, prayers for the guards. The one who fell and the one who fights for his life every day,” Homan said.
“Every ICE agent, Border Patrol agent, security guards. They weren’t drafted. They agreed. They stepped up to make this country safe again and they put a gun on their hip and they wear a Kevlar vest every day to make this country safe again under the greatest president in my lifetime, Donald Trump,” Homan continued.
“Each of these people are American patriots because they put themselves in harm’s way to protect people they will never meet,” Homan explained.
“You led the fight for an open border. You closed that border. There’s also an aspect of the Biden administration’s failed foreign policy. How do we move forward as a nation to ensure that we can keep our country safe?” DeAngelis asked.
“First of all, I want people to know that throughout my career, I’ve buried Border Patrol agents, I’ve buried ICE agents. Worst job in the world,” Homan said.
“President Trump saved America. Let’s be clear. When he came into power, he gave us the most secure border in the history of this country,” Homan explains.
Homan explained the impact of Biden’s open border and the significance of President Trump’s promise to close the border and deport illegals.
“There are not ten thousand, up to twelve thousand people a day coming into this country illegally. Under Joe Biden, 10.5 million illegal aliens came to the border. And that’s not counting the hundreds of thousands who came through the CHNV program, the CBP One App. That’s not counting the more than two million known escapes,” Homan said.
“The biggest national security failure in the history of this country under Joe Biden. And thank God President Trump is in the Oval Office because he’s cleaning it up. The most secure border in the history of the country. He has kept that promise to the American people. We have a historic deportation operation underway,” Homan continued.
Border Czar Homan also explained that President Trump’s strategy to tackle maritime drug operations is making our country safer and saving countless lives.
“President Trump is now taking the war on drugs to the road,” Homan said.
“We knew that once we secured the border, there would be fewer drugs coming over to kill Americans. We knew they would take over the maritime sector. And what does President Trump do? He destroys them in the maritime sector, saving thousands of lives every month,” Homan stated.
