Bogdan Guskov vs. Jan Blachowicz rumors Matchup -overview
Since losing its UFC debut on the former UFC Light Heavyweight Challenger Volkan Ozdemir, Bogdan Guskov has merged a four-fighting series. Guskov is currently located as the number ten-ranked competitor on 205 pounds, but has the chance to break into the upper echelons of the weight category when Guskov accepts the number five ranked slightly heavy-weight candidate, Blachowicz.
For Bachowicz, if this competition takes place, it is the first time since 2022 that the former KSW champion was able to get two MMA fights within the same calendar year. The former UFC Light Heavyweight Champion has been in the promotion for more than ten years and captured the 205-pound crown of the organization by completing Dominick Reyes in the distance at UFC 253.
Bachowicz also became the first hunter that handed Israel Adesanya a loss in mixed martial arts and defended his UFC -light heavyweight title in the process. Jan Bachowicz also fought from the current Kingpin Magomed Ankalaev division and the man Ankalaev took the title of, Alex Pereira. Blachowicz fought against Ankalaev for the then vacant light heavyweight title for a split trek on UFC 282, and while he lost to Pereira, many thought that the 42-year-old veteran had done enough to get the nod over ‘Patan’ on the jury’s scorecards.
