Bitcoin Price Remains Stable Despite Partial US Government Shutdown

Interestingly, some altcoins have made gains despite the uncertainty in the US.

“The administration will continue to work with Congress to address the recently raised concerns and complete appropriations for fiscal year 2026. It is our hope that this period will be short-lived,” he said. added.

In the face of this new kind of uncertainty in the world’s largest economy, the price of bitcoin has remained relatively stable. The asset fell hard to a multi-month low of $81,000 on Thursday, but recovered some ground on Friday and Saturday morning and is now close to $84,000.

Some altcoins have posted even more notable gains, such as XMR (11%), CC (8.5%), and HYPE (6%). SOL is also up 4%.
