The 61-year-old runner, who recently returned to the Buckeye State from the East Coast, started the evening with an off-the-tempo effort behind Burning Sole in 1:57.1.

He completed the early Daily Double with a first over move with Abby D in 1:56.3.
At the start of the third race, a $15,000 conditioned trot, Illegally Funded (Kayne Kauffman) was chased out of post #7 and received the first call.
Stud Muffin T (Trevor Smith) locked down the pocket of Last Rail Standing (Chris Page), who was forced to move into a pedestrian on the outside in quarter:29.
Miller had Dame On off the rail and into a first over position at the half mile in :57.4 and three quarters in 1:26.4.
The top three turned for home with Dame On in the middle, Last Rail Standing on his inside, Stud Muffin T on his outside. They crossed the line together in 1:57.1.
The photo finish could not separate Dame On and Stud Muffin T. Last Rail Standing was back in third place by a neck.

Miller completed his grand slam with a second neck victory with Seaside Party in 1:55.3 in the 12th race.
Wednesday’s main race was the $28,000 open handicapped trot.
Chris Page guided Oh Look Magic from assigned outside post #7 to a gate-to-wire victory.
The five-year-old Lookslikeachpndale is conditioned by Ron Burke for Burke Racing Stable and Weaver Bruscemi.
Oh Look Magic has won four of his last five Dayton Raceway starts.
