According to experts, the newly launched BIMA Sugan Federation of India (BSFI) website is expected to contribute considerably to all stakeholders of the insurance sector.
“Bima Sugam is a milestone initiative that will again define how Indians will have access to life insurance policy. By offering a single, uniform digital platform, it allows customers to make informed decisions about their insurance needs with more transparency and convenience,” said Alok RuntaTa, MD & CEO.
“This initiative is an important step in the direction of realizing the national vision of ‘insurance for everyone by 2047, making the coverage more inclusive, more accessible and customer -oriented,” he said line.
According to Narendra Bharindwal, president of Insurance Brokers Association of India (IBAI), the launch of the BIMA Sugam website is a milestone initiative that places policyholders in the heart of the intic insurance eco system.
“By using digital public infrastructure, this platform will improve transparency, trust and accessibility and at the same time simplifies insurance for millions of citizens,” he said.
