Bikaji Foods Q2 results: Profit rises 13% to Rs 78 crore

Snack maker Bikaji Foods International Ltd on Tuesday reported a 13.5 per cent rise in consolidated net profit at Rs 77.67 crore for the second quarter ended September 2025.The company had posted a profit of Rs 68.43 crore for the July-September period a year ago, according to a regulatory filing by Bikaji Foods.

Operating revenue stood at Rs 830.3 crore in the September 26 quarter, compared to Rs 720.61 crore a year ago.Total expenditure rose 15 percent to Rs 730.93 crore. Total income, including other income, stood at Rs 842.60 crore, up 15.68 percent.

In the first half (H1) of FY26, Bikaji Foods’ total consolidated revenues stood at Rs 1,505.27 crore, up 15.17 percent.


During the quarter, Bikaji Foods experienced volume growth (in tonnes) of 10.8 percent year-on-year. In the September quarter, Bikaji’s Ethnic Snacks sales increased by 4.6 percent, representing 59.1 percent of total sales. Packaged Sweets sales grew 32.3 percent in the festival-related quarter. This segment represented 19.7 percent of total sales.

Retail revenue stood at Rs 28 crore in the second quarter of FY26.

Bikaji Foods International is India’s third largest manufacturer of ethnic snacks and the second fastest growing company in the Indian organized snacks market

Shares of Bikaji Foods International Ltd settled at Rs 722.15 apiece on BSE, up 2.06 percent from the previous closing price.
