The election committee on Thursday (August 28, 2025) said that more than 1.95 Lakh requirements have been received from private individuals so far for admission and exclusion of names from the draft voter’s list of Bihar, of which nearly 25,000 were removed.
The CPI (ML) protection has submitted 79 supplications and the RJD 3. The two are recognized state parties in Bihar.

No national party, including the BJP and the congress, has so far made claims and objections with four days left before the process.
The Poll -Panel did not specify how many requirements were for admission and how many were for exclusion from 1.95,802 supplications under “Claims and objections”.
“The submitted claims and objections are too negligible compared to more than 60 Lakh names that have been removed from the draft list for various reasons,” suggested an official.
The poll authority had said on Monday that documents of 99.11 percent of the 7.24 crore voters, according to the draft list, have been received so far.
The design -voter list was published on 1 August as part of the special intensive revision of the Bihar voter list.
On Sunday (August 24), the ECI underlined that the claim and objection period offers the voters the opportunity to not only correct errors in the draft trolls, but also to submit their required documents that they may not have provided when submitting their list forms.
From 24 June to 24 August, in 60 days, 98.2% of people had submitted their documents.
The Supreme Court has now asked the Level Authority to accept Aadhaar or one of the 11 documents mentioned from people looking for inclusion in the voter list.
