Melbourne’s spring auction Blitz hit full at the weekend when buyers fought over the city, causing hammer prices for a million dollars to fly and clean up rates rise to 72 percent.
Proptrack figures show that 585 results were reported, with 421 houses that sold under the hammer or shortly thereafter, in one of the strongest Saturday of the season.
Camberwell led the costs with a sale of $ 2.51 million at 159 to RD, followed by the result of Kew East in $ 2.31 million in Wright St.

Fitzroy continued his hot streak with a Moor ST -sale of $ 2 million, while Mount Waverley ($ 1,818 million) and Ashburton ($ 1,815 million) completed the top five of the weekend.
