This year’s camping season starts on March 5 and 8 when Stockholm Husvagn Husbil is organized at the Stockholm fair in Älvsjö. Over four intensive days you will have the chance to see everything from small compact caravans to large luxury campers. If you’re even remotely curious about mobile life, go there. Here are our tips!
1. More caravans
This year the fair has more stand space than before. This means there are even more caravans to look at this year than before. Kabe, Hobby, Adria, Polar, Knaus, Weinsberg and Eriba are on site with some of their latest models.

2. Furniture and boats included!
This year the Nya Antikmässan and Allt för Sjön fairs will be held at the same time as Stockholm Husvagn Husbil and your entrance ticket is valid for all fairs. So while you’re there, take the opportunity to stroll around among antiques, curiosities and all things boating.

3. Travel inspiration and smart camper tips
What is it like to travel with a camper in Poland? Or in Sardinia? Take the opportunity to learn more about life in a camper, the pros and cons of large and small campers, what it is like to travel on the Italian island or in Poland. Free lectures are given several times a day, full of useful tips for all campers.

4. Spend the night right in front of the door
If you bring your RV to the fair, you can park it in the fair parking lot (but don’t forget to pay the parking fee). There is no electricity or service available, but it is difficult to find accommodation closer…

5. Make the trip fun!
Take the opportunity to do Stockholm while you’re here. Going to restaurants, cafes, strolling around the city, visiting museums or just enjoying life in the big city? On the fair’s website (stockholmhusvagnhusbil.se), there are many good tips about different places to visit.
