NYRA Staff release –The New York Racing Association, Inc. (NYRA) today unveiled the official logo of the New Belmont Park, which will be opened in September 2026 after a multi-year redevelopment project designed to create a world-class racing and entertainment destination on Long Island.

Inspired by one of the determining characteristics of the building, the iconic Japanese white pines, the new logo represents the evolution of Belmont Park and at the same time honoring the rich history of thoroughbred races in New York. Centered around an updated version of the White Pine, the Belmont Park logo contains a new typography and renewed but well -known color palette to keep the visual elements so closely associated with Belmont Park.

During the 120-year history of Belmont Park, every era of the facility is marked by a clear logo. The original logo debuted in 1905 when the Grandstand of Belmont Park was built for the first time. After the 1968 renovation, a new logo was introduced to display an updated brand by recording the Japanese white pines for the first time. The official logo of the New Belmont Park coincides with the continuous transformation of the facility, which Belmont Park will restore as a global capital of Thoroughbred Racing.

At the start of the current redevelopment of Belmont Park, NYRA committed the means and expertise needed to protect the Japanese white pines during both the demolition and construction phases of the project. As a result, the tree will continue to serve as a center of the Zadelpaddock at the new location.

The current redevelopment of Belmont Park of New York and Nyra revolves around 300,000 square feet, five -storey buildings with flexible hospitality options and modern facilities. By reducing the footprint of the stands of the previous version and unlocking the Infield by the construction of a series of tunnels of pedestrians and vehicles, the New Belmont Park offers fans and the surrounding community with more accessible green space than ever before.

The new Belmont Park will contain four newly built racing roads, including the traditional 1/2-mile dirt head track together with two peat courses and a tapet track of a mile that is used as the exclusive surface for winter races.

Belmont park will re-open for live racing in September 2026 with the belmont stakes presented by nyra bets set to return to its long island home in 2027. In Addition, Belmont Park Has Been Selected to Host the 2027 Breeders ‘Cup World Champions Shops, which will Will Will Will’s Held Held’s Held’s Held’s Helders Held’s Held’s Held’s Held’s Held’s Held’s Held’s Held’s Will the First’ Cups Held’s Cups Held’s Held’s Held’s Cups Held’s Held’s Cups Held’s Cups Held’s Held.
