Tosha specializes in the coastal communities of Manzanita, Cannon Beach, Nehaler, Wheeler, Arch Cape, Rockaway Beach and the surrounding areas in Tillamook County. In 2014 she jointly opened the Living Room Realty Office in Manzanita, Oregon, with the desire to bring strong business values and culture to its customers on the coast. She understands the importance of customer relationships and services. With a design background, she is always attracted by strong marketing -aesthetics and appreciates its value. Skills she owns, but not limited to power to multi-task, great listening skills, drive, detailed oriented, organized, knowledge of diverse design and aesthetics are priceless when working as a RealTor®. For years she worked as an interior designer, most recently at Group Mackenzie – she traveled and lived internationally, where she could grow creatively. The use of her experience as an interior designer has prepared her for the various facets of the real estate profession. Packing modern methods and in combination with a business model organically grown from references and customers in the past enables Tosha to concentrate their time with customers to help them achieve their goals.

Tosha’s approach to real estate is simple: she treats others as she would like to be treated. A question that she constantly asks herself is: “Is this in the best interest of my customer?” Tosha wants to serve buyers and sellers in Manzanita and surrounding communities with integrity, excellence and fair representation. She is proud that she creates and cultivates lifelong relationships with customers and will become a source within the community for years. Her goal is to help her customers achieve their property goals without taking shortcuts. She is sensitive to the unique needs of a customer and spends most of the day to get to know them and to ensure that everyone is on the same page with the most important thing for them. Tosha strives to offer high standard for service in terms of timely response, professional behavior and the customer’s ambitions. Interesting facts about Tosha

• Halled on the coast of North Oregon. Neah-Kah-Nie High School Grad
• Tosha lives on the Nehalem River. She likes hiking, beach and river days, diving, cycling … really, everything outdoors!
• Tosha’s first internship was at SmithCfi, as a commercial furniture designer.
• After the university, she packed her bags and lived/worked in Bilbao, Spain for a few months.
