HOW TO MAKE BAKED RICOTTA WITH CARNIVORE CHIPS
To make my baked ricotta, I used LMNT Mango Chili Electrolytes! It adds a delicious savory flavor that can’t be beat!
LMNT is one sugar-free electrolyte drink mix designed to support hydration without adding carbohydrates.
One serving (stick pack) usually contains ~1,000 mg sodium~200 mg potassium and ~60 mg magnesium.

Baked Ricotta with Carnivore Chips

Prevent your screen from going dark
- Preheat the oven to 200°C. Butter an 8-by-11-inch baking dish.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl with an immersion blender or hand mixer until well blended. Transfer the mixture to the baking dish and bake until golden brown and puffed, 25 to 30 minutesgive or take a little depending on how shallow or deep your baking dish is.
Allow to cool slightly so you don’t burn your mouth, and serve straight from the baking dish with the generous spoon.
Serve hot with my Carnivore Chips or Carnivore Chips.
Store extras in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 7 days. To reheat, place in a 300 degree F oven for 5 minutes or until heated through.
