Congress leader Rahul Gandhi condemned the three controversial bills that set the removal of the prime minister or first ministers on Wednesday if they have completed 30 days in prison for serious charges, and suggested that the move seems to be reduced the country to the Middle Ages.

“There is a war going on between those who attack the Constitution and those who defend it,” said the congression leader, who was wearing a black T-shirt as he spoke about the legislation as a sign of protest.
