The north-facing courtyard with a wood-fired pizza oven, barbecue, pond and water feature was designed by Steve Taylor of landscape design company COS Design and built by landscape designer Christian Jenkins.

Mr Saad said the owners of the five-bedroom apartment were selling now that their children were grown.

Buyers interested in Solara include families and Australian expats looking to relocate, including a buyer based in the US state of Florida.
“I’ve also had interstate inquiries from Perth and from Sydney,” Mr Saad said.
Located in The Pinnacle gated precinct of Sanctuary Lakes, Solara also offers two separate double garages.
