AUSBIZ – The Bitcoin Bull Case
Today I became a member of Juliette Saly on Ausbiz to discuss what is feeding Bitcoin’s Bull Case. I explained that Bitcoin is very sensitive to the liquidity of the global central bank that has risen since the end of 2022. With more than US $ 300 trillion in global debt that requires constant refinancing – central banks are forced to inject liquidity, which effectively drains the US dollar. That is why Bitcoin, like gold, is increasingly seen as a natural hedge.
The acceptance is also expanded with institutions, stock market funds (ETFs) and large payment networks (such as Visa and PayPal) that now make cryptocurrency transactions possible-the popularity of the activa class further propagate.
Finally, I shared my thoughts about the 2025 reporting season, where resilient results from retailers (such as ARB, JB Hi-Fi and Super Cheap Auto) suggest that consumer sentiment may start to improve, despite the heavy macro background.
