Indian left -wing arm Pacer Arshdeep Singh Etst his name in the record books by becoming the first male bowler from India to claim 100 T20i Wickets. The Punjab Kings (PBKS) player was also the fastest Pacer that reached 100 T20i Wickets during the Asia Cup 2025 match in Abu Dhabi on Friday 19 September.
The 26-year-old player was first recorded in the Playing XI in the current Asia Cup 2025. Arshdep replaced Japrit Bumrah, who was reassured in front of the Super Four stage, who started on Saturday 20 September. The men in Blue in particular had only picked one specialized pacer in the first two games.
