Angel Reese exploded on a few Connecticut Sun players on Sunday evening after she pulled her hair while she fought for a rebound.
Reese, who leads the competition with 11.9 boards per match, went up to take a rebound for her Chicago Sky with her team with one back in the third quarter.
But the former LSU star was furious when Bria Hartley of Connecticut pulled her hair on the piece, while she immediately came into the face of the guard and started screaming against her.
Hartley seemed to apologize to Reese and suggested that the hair-pulling power was by chance, but the Sky Player was also angry when Hartley’s teammate, Olivia Nelson-Ododa, stepped in to separate the pair.
Nelson-Ododa put an arm on the belly of Reese, where the latter then used both hands to push her away while the tensions kept spilling.
Tina Charles van de Zon, who also initially started to defend Hartley, also pushed the teammate Kia nurse Van Reese.

Refs eventually broke up the Fracas, although Reese could see the words say, “She pulled my hair.”
In the end, Reese got the last smile when her air won 78-66 for their third victory of the season.
And the ‘Bayou Barbie’ also had a strong individual game and posted her first career triple double on the melody of 11 points, 11 assists and 13 rebounds.
Although much has been made of her lack of efficiency on the field – her field target percentage has fallen to just 35.7 percent – Reese recently took a prize home because she was named ‘Sportswoman of the Year’ Award during the Bet Awards 2025.
Other nominees for the prize were Olympic gold medal winner Simone Biles, newly beaten French open winner Coco Gauff and more.

Reese was clearly upset because she had pulled her hair before the situation was distributed

Reese placed her first career Triple-Double in the win, with 11 points, 11 assists and 13 boards
Reese also defeated other nominees from the basketball world, including A’ja Wilson, Fla’je Johnson, Dawn Staley and Juju Watkins, while Sha’Carri Richardson and Claressa Shields were also ready for the prize.
It is the third consecutive year that Reese has won the prize, with Serena Williams (16 times) and Naomi Osaka (twice) the only other multiple time winners.
Heaven will want to build on the momentum of Sunday’s victory while they are on the second soil in the Eastern Conference with a 3-7 record.
They will be confronted with the Mystics the following Tuesday.
