Jana Sena President (JSP) chief K. Pawan Kalyan directed to set up party committees from gram panchayat to parliamentary constituency level, with five members each to play an active role in development. He also instructed leaders to form an 11-member ‘conflict management committee’ that would resolve internal disputes.

Addressing a meeting of senior leaders at the party office near Mangalagiri on Wednesday (December 3, 2025), Mr Kalyan said there should be adequate representation of women in those committees, which should also look after the JSP programmes. He stated that a committee had already been formed in Pithapuram constituency as a pilot project.

The conflict management panel must consist of at least three women and the other committees of at least one. He told the leaders that the deserving JSP candidates would be recommended for the nominated posts yet to be filled by duly following the ‘coalition dharma’.

On the conflict management committee, Mr. Kalyan said three members or the entire committee should discuss the issues referred to him depending on their seriousness.
