The American embassy in India on Saturday warned that people who stay in the US will be confronted with deportation or a permanent prohibition on travel to the US in the future. In a post shared on X, the American embassy in India stated: “If you stay in the United States outside your authorized residence period, you can be deported and you can make a permanent ban on traveling to the United States in the future.”

On Friday, a Federal Court of Appeal refused to allow the Trump government to restore the deportation of migrants to nations other than the HUNE without prior notice or the possibility to request protection against prosecution or torture, CNN reported.

The US First Circuit Court of Appeals rejected the Trump government’s request to block a decision from a lower court in which the policy is stopped. The decision of the court comes in the midst of increasing concern about reported plans to send migrants to Libya, criticized a country for the mistreatment of prisoners and constant civil unrest. The Appellate Panel expressed various “worries” about having the policy resumed, including “the irreparable damage resulting from unlawful removals in this context.”

Earlier in March, the American district judge Brian Murphy stopped the Trump government to deport migrants to nations other than their own without prior written notification and an opportunity to dispute the removal from the US, CNN reported. Earlier in April, the US Department of the Interior Security Secretary Kristi mentioned all aliens who are present in the country for more than 30 days, that the deadline to register under the Alien Registration Act is 11 April.

The law requires that all aliens in the United States have been registering with the federal government for more than 30 days. Not registering is considered a crime, punished by fines, prison sentence or both. Kristi mentioned: “President Trump and I have a clear message for those in our country illegal: leave now. If you leave now, you might have the chance to return and enjoy our freedom and live the American dream.”

“The Trump government will enforce all our immigration laws-We will not choose which laws we will enforce. We must know who in our country is for the safety and safety of our home country and all Americans,” she added. On January 20, US President Donald Trump signed Executive Order 14159 and protected the American people against invasion, with the US Department of Interior Security (DHS) ordering the order and accountability to the immigration system. This includes the implementation of the Alien Registration Act.
