America benefited from talented Indians, but you can’t game the H1B system: Elon Musk

“I think America has benefited immensely from talented Indians coming to America,” said Elon Musk, the American entrepreneur, in a conversation with Nikhil Kamath, the Bengaluru-based entrepreneur and co-founder of Zerodha.

But when asked why the climate around US immigration seems to have changed for Indians, Musk replied: “It was basically total freedom for all, with no border controls… Unless you have border controls, you are not a country.”
