Amazon has released details of its Prime Video NBA broadcast schedule prior to the full announcement of Thursday, with Friday night Double Theaders and extensive Emirates NBA Cup cover.
The streaming platform launches NBA cover with a double header of 24 October during the opening week. The Boston Celtics visit the New York Knicks at 7:30 PM etc., followed by the Los Angeles Lakers who host Minnesota Timberwolves at 10 p.m.
Both games represent Play -Ooff Rematch of the late season 2025. Prime video will be maintained during the regular season on Friday evening as part of the NBA programming strategy.
Amazon has provided extensive rights to the Emirates NBA Cup tournament from 31 October. The platform will stream five consecutive Friday night Double Theaders during group games that lead to knockout rounds.
The cover of Prime Videos Tournament comprises quarterfinals on December 9, December, semi-finals on December 13 and the championship on December 16. The group play schedule is concluded with a Black Friday Doublehead on November 28.
The Black Friday matches contain title defender Milwaukee Bucks who visits the Knicks at 7:30 pm. The Lakers organize Dallas Mavericks at 10 p.m. in the first meeting of the teams of the season.
