All Award winners of the Ballon d’Or -Ceremony 2025

The 2025 Ballon d’Or Awards were held on Monday evening in Paris, because the best of football was celebrated.

We went through all the prize winners after a memorable evening in the French capital.

Men’s balloon d’or-ousmane Dembele (Paris Saint-Germain)

Ousmane Dembele defeated Barcelona -Vleugel player Lamine Yamal and PSG teammate Vitinha to the men’s balloon d’Or. The 28-year-old was recognized for a career-best campaign, in which he scored 35 goals while PSG claimed a four-time, including a Maiden Champions League win.

Female Golden Balloon – Aitana Bonmati (Barcelona)

Aitana Bonmatí earned the ladies Ballon d’Or, winning the prize for a third consecutive year. The Spaniard now also keeps the record downright for most Ballon d’Or Fémenin victories (3).

Men Kopa Trophy – Lamine Yamal (Barcelona)

After he had just missed the youngest balloon d’Or winner, Yamal went home with the Kopa trophy.

Awarded to the best U-9 player in World Football, the 18-year-old will be the very first double winner of the prize after he also claimed the award from last season.

Women’s Kopa Trophy – Vicky Lopez (Barcelona)

The 19-year-old helped Barcelona to a domestic Double and was also part of the Spain team that reached the final of the European Championship. Lopez added the Kopa trophy to her Golden Girl Award won in 2024.

Yashiin trophy for Men-Ganluigi Donnarumma (Paris Saint-Germain)

A man-mountain as a PSG claimed a domestic treble and Champions League success, Donnarumma won the Yashin trophy for the second time. He is only the second goalkeeper who wins several Yashin Awards, after Emiliano Martinez.

Yashin Trophy for Women – Hannah Hampton (Chelsea)

Hannah Hampton claimed the inaugural Yashin trophy of women. After he had removed Mary Earps as number one from England, Hampton played when the Lionesses Spain defeated 3-1 on penalties to win the European championship. The Chelsea goalkeeper has saved two efforts from Spain in the shootout.

Gerd Müller Trophy Men – Viktor Gyokeres (Sporting Lisbon)

Viktor Gyokeres won the Gerd Muller trophy after a productive season for Sporting Lisbon. The Swedish striker, who came to Arsenal in the summer, yielded 63 goals for Club and Land in 2024/25.

Gerd Müller Trophy Women – Ewa Pajor (Barcelona)

Ewa Pajor won the equivalent of the women, formerly known as the Spits of the Year or Best Striker Award. The pole plundered 43 goals in 2024/25 to surpass the ranking.

Herenclub of the Year-Paris Saint-Germain

Paris Saint-Germain earned winners of the men’s club of the year. The French and European champions had nine players in the last 30 of the Ballon d’Or voice, including winner Dembele and third place Vitinha.

Women’s Club of the Year – Arsenal

Arsenal claimed the Women’s Award after their Champions League triumph. The Gunners became the first English team in 18 years that the trophy won. Seven of their team were nominated for the Ballon d’Or Fémenin, with both Mariona Caldentey and Alessia Russo on stage.

Men’s coach of the Jaar-Luis Enrique (Paris Saint-Germain)

After he had led PSG to an elusive European triumph and domestic Treble, Luis Enrique was recognized with the Men’s Coach of the Year Prize. It was completely earned after he finally scratched the European itch of PSG, despite the departure of record scorer Kylian Mbappe.

Ladies coach of the year – Sarina Wiegman (England)

Sarina Wiegman won the women’s coach of the year after limiting the success of England at the European Championship. It was the second time she had led England to European glory after she had also achieved the performance in 2022.
