The biggest mistake people make when they visit Hawaii is when they pack up and leave the beach for the day and go to a restaurant for Poke. Well, I happen to think my Ahi Poke tastes better. Moreover, we can enjoy it right on the beach!

  • Cut the ahi tuna into 1-inch cubes. Add to a medium bowl. Add the chopped onion and stir gently.

  • In a separate smaller bowl, add the mayonnaise and tamari. Stir until well incorporated.

  • Add the mayonnaise mixture to the tuna and onions. Mix gently until well incorporated. Garnish with fish roe (if desired). Best served fresh.
