VMS TMT has been set to complete the allocation of shares for its RS 148.5 Crore IPO today. The IPO, which was open between 17 and 19 September, saw a strong response and was generally subscribed to 102 times. The retail trade was booked almost 48 times, while non-institutional investors offer 227 times. Qualified institutional buyers (QIBS) subscribed 120.8 times.

About the IPO

VMS TMT had established a price band of RS 94-99 per share, with much size of 150 shares. The issue was completely a new issue of 1.5 crore shares, which collected RS 148.5 Crore. The importance of the promoters will fall from 96.28% pre-spent to 67.19% after the edition.

The company plans to use the net revenue to repay loans (RS 115 Crore) and for general business purposes.
