Adjusting the loft angle of Cobra OPTM hybrids
There are a few simple steps you can take to adjust the loft angle of your hybrids. All you need is an adjustment tool or a wrench to get started.
Here’s how to customize Cobra OPTM hybrids:
1. Locate the screw on the sole of your Cobra OPTM rescue aid that secures the head to the shaft.
2. Using the wrench, loosen the screw by turning counterclockwise.
3. Once the screw is fully loosened, you can rotate the adjustable hose to a lower cage or a higher cage depending on your preference. You will notice the loft figure you had the club set to and you can rotate the shaft to up to 33 other options.
The available options of the FutureFit33 hostel adjustment are:

Examples:
- Fight a slice: use upright reclining settings or closed facial angles (e.g. B1, C1 or C8) to promote a draw
- Fixing a hook: Use flatter lie settings or open face angles (e.g. A8, A7 or B6) to promote a fade
- Maximize distance / high launch: increase loft (go up on the map, e.g. F4 or G3)
- Windage/Low Launch Control: Use lower loft settings such as G3, G4, or F3
4. When you have rotated the hosel to the desired loft, slide the shaft back into your club head. Your new loft will be visible through the window at most clubs.
5. Replace the screw and tighten it clockwise with the wrench. When it is fully tightened, you will hear a crank that sounds like the club head is cracking. At this point the screw is tightened as much as necessary.
Each time you want to adjust the hutch, repeat this process.
