Mr Mortlock said that in real estate it was much more important to consider the long -term factors pushing on a market, because most people stayed in the same houses for at least 10 to 15 years.
“When we buy a house, and we look at it from an investment point and try to consider what it will be worth in the future, is the most important question to adjust yourself who will buy this on the track?”

Ray White Colonel Light Gardens Agent Joe Marriott, who sells 16 Huntington Ave in Fulham, said that the suburb offered a fantastic lifestyle.
“It is 7 km from the CBD, close to everything you need, family-friendly, safe, remote and people do not start from there and shrink, but they do not go outside, so you get a lot of long-term families and a good feeling of community,” he said.
“It could have been a compromise for Glenelg and Henley Beach, because it would have been a more affordable option for those who could not pay, but it was sought very well.
“I could not see it in any way, shape or shape.”
