A second appearance in a new regional market can create a new pipeline for promotions that can be called upon in determining the draw and appeal for local talent to get their fair share of the profit pie for future events. In today’s episode of Across the pond, you meet a southern steel strummer ready to shred non-conference opponents into twisted wrecks for Legacy Fighting Alliance at Featherweight. Professional mixed martial artist and representative since July 2025 Nashville MMA, Briven Sullivan owns a 1-0 record with his only win coming via submission. He has fought for the National Fighting Championship and has never gone to the scorecards during his career in the professional ranks with a 100 percent finish rate and a single first round finish in his only professional appearance to his name to show for it. The only real finish in his journey as a professional MMA fighter came in the opening round in five minutes or less with a time of 49 seconds. Sullivan has spent his entire career as a professional MMA fighter in the United States. He fought for Aries Fight Series as an amateur before turning professional. Sullivan has achieved his only victory as a professional martial artist to date.
During his professional MMA debut in the main event of NFC 178, he faced Idell Gladney and then knocked him out via an armbar in the first round. In addition to his first finish, the victory also gave Sullivan the first submission victory of his professional career. He also achieved his first victory as a professional mixed martial artist.
At LFA 226 on February 6, Sullivan will take on fellow undefeated Cody Noel in a featherweight affair. Other Tennessee talent that will be featured on LFA 226 includes Dedrek Sanders, Bryce Woerner And Andrew Stewart. Good luck Briven!
