A single GM managed to restore 2 NFL teams for years

A good general manager can revise an NFL franchise. A bad one is able to cause incredible damage. Today we look back on a man whose negative influence on two organizations was so profound that they both still recover from his term of office.

This was a man who spent nine years NFL teams for nine years (five in Carolina, four in New York) and succeeded in creating countless problems that are still felt to this day.
