NQ Cowboys Hooker Reece Robson and partner Ellie Carmichael have mentioned their Townsville house for sale while they say goodbye to the sunny North -Queensland for schedules of territory.
The young couple bought their property on 15 Halstead ST, Gulliver, was born in September 2023 just before their daughter, Hazel.
“We were looking for a few months and the first time we went to see it, we knew it was the one,” said Miss Carmichael.
“It just felt like home.
“I think it’s great that it is an old Queenslander, but inside it is ready and very modern.
“We wanted the garden and the swimming pool, and the barn was a huge tick for Reece immediately.”

Robson said he and Miss Carmichael had in mind to raise their families in the charming house.
“We were looking for a place with a little garden for children to run around and grow in,” he said.
“But with football nothing is guaranteed, so we didn’t grow as much as we thought.”
The NSW State of Origin Hooker admitted that he was a fan of Queenslanders – the residential versions, at least – and was attracted to the character of the Gulliver building.
“I also love the outdoor aspect, with the big back garden and veranda,” he said.
“It fits with that easy, relaxed Townsville Living.
“It’s such an easy at home to live in.”

Reece Robson and Ellie Carmichael will soon call Sydney at home after they have mentioned their Townvsille house for sale.
The house is set at 1181 m² and has wooden floors, Casement windows and a large veranda.
There are four bedrooms, with a luxurious ensuite and walk-in jacket to the main and an open life, dining and kitchen space with a walk-in pantry.
The fenced block also includes a large barn, an in-design swimming pool, carport, boat parking and lots of lawn space.
Miss Carmichael said it would be emotional to say goodbye to the building where she and Mr. Robson had made so many memories with their daughter.
“I couldn’t have chosen a better home to start family,” she said.
“If I could take it to Sydney with us, I would do that.”

A real Noord -Queenslander, Mrs. Carmichael, said she would also miss the weather and the lifestyle in Townsville.

“And our house is located in one of the best locations – it is almost 10 to 15 minutes from everywhere.”
Robson said he would also miss the “Cruisy Lifestyle” of Townsville.
“There is no crowds, only the easy and relaxed way of life,” he said.
Robson has closed a four -year deal with the Sydney schedules in 2024 and will become a member of the club from next year.
The building goes to auction on Tuesday 7 October at 6 pm in rooms in Ray White Townsville and will be marketed by Dan Ryder of Ray White Townsville.
